Product Introduction
Our company produces CN-YJJYGC epoxy insulating Y-type dry pluggable branch joint applied to the connection for three cables of any cross section. Products mainly are composed of insulation body (epoxy bushing), stress cone, cone prop, and wiping sleeve. If necessary, fiberglass protective shell can be added. Main body of epoxy insulating adopts epoxy resin vacuum pouring forming.
Stress cone adopts imported liquid silicone rubber pouring forming. Cone prop tight top of stress cone with long-term stability of the package tight force and uniform electric field capacity. Outer Protective shell with waterproof sealant inside protect from water corrosion effect, which is optional to customers.
This product has fully insulated, fully sealed, corrosion-resistant, and waterproof performance characteristics. There is no need to fill SF6 gas, which is more secure and reliable. It has compact structure with light weight and small size.
When installing the product, put the stress cone into the plug head after dealing with the cable, then insert to plug seat and fasten related parts. When dealing with power grid renovation or cable replacement, pull out the cable; replace a small number of parts. Its easy installation and maintenance greatly reduce the loss caused by the long blackout time is too long. Our branch joint is applicable to various operation environment, improved the safety of long run. The outer fiberglass protective sheath is effective for mechanical protection, waterproof, and anti-corrosion. All of the seal rings are composed of imported NBR or silicon rubber. All of the fasteners are composed of stainless steel with good waterproof performance.

48/66kVⅵ56/77kV 150~1400mm；
64/110kVⅵ76/138kV 240~1600mm；
127/220kV 400~3000mm；
Product Characteristics:
Wide application: Achieve connection and branch connection for any two, three cross sections of cable. It can replace the middle insulating joint or straight fittings. When electric insulation breaks it, it becomes insulated joint.
Small size: Extremely compact structure, small installation space required. It can be buried directly, or installed in cable wells or trench.
Maintenance-free: Dry structure with oil and gas free, avoiding oil and gas leakage. Maintenance free when operation.
Easy installation: the length of processing cable for plug-in structure termination is less than 300mm. The dry-type structure is oil free and gas free, greatly reducing the labor of installation.
